This beautiful drawing from 1909 depicts two studies of a male nude. The main figure is a study of a classical marble sculpture. The smaller drawing, using a tinted pencil, depicts the sideview of the figure’s head and torso. Combined, they create a stunning work of art by artist Jeanne Poissonnier.
