This gorgeous mid-century modern print is by artist David Weidman. The limited edition silkscreen, measuring 20"x26", dates from 1965. It is signed and titled at the bottom. Considering that this piece was printed some 60 years ago, it is in excellent condition: the colours are rich and vibrant (there is only some minor yellowing at the bottom of the print near pencil text). Weidman was a master of the silk screen process and his work is highly collectable today. Interest in his pieces was revived with the premiere of Mad Men as the television series used Weidman’s work to decorate several of the rooms on the set. The print is unframed and ships rolled (the photo with the metal frame is for display purposes only).
